I am experienced small business owner and serial entrepreneur and I LOVE organization and systems. Most of the fun in planning a Disney Vacation for me is the puzzle of finding the right package for my vacation planning clients and crafting their itineraries so they get to see and do as much as possible.
I have founded and operated several, award winning businesses with over the last 10 years, and I excel at brainstorming big ideas, streamlining operations, distilling information and optimizing processes. From organizing business operations to managing and training teams, my experience has equipped me with a variety of tools to deliver excellent customer experiences while streamlining processes behind the scenes.
I draw on the business principles gained in my MBA as well as my learned experience in business operations and project management to help my clients achieve their goals. I teach clients how to set up their business in a thoughtful way so they can focus their time where it is most needed.
In my free time, I take walks on the beach with my family and spend way too much time at Walt Disney World.

If you’re anything like me, you fell in love with the magic of Walt Disney World from the moment you walked under the train station of Main Street USA, smelled the fresh popcorn and rounded the corner to see Cinderella’s Castle in all it’s glory. If you’re lucky, you caught it just in time for some stage show fireworks!
From that moment on, I made it my mission to share the magic of Walt Disney World with my friends and family and that is how I got into the Disney Vacation Planner business.
As I was working behind the scenes to set up my business, I joined several forums where I saw new agents asking the same questions over and over again. How do I do taxes? Should I start an LLC? What do I do about insurance? What forms can I use to gather client info? How do I successfully market my business?
I realized that my education and experience helped me to create a risk averse business with a professional presence and outstanding client relationships and that others may benefit from my knowledge. That is when I became a Magical Mentor!
